BANSKO

Bansko has two parts to this town the old original town with very old houses and cobbled streets and great restaurants. The new part is above and nearer to the gondola lift. Both parts have good shops where you can find your bargain ski wear and skis. Entertainment such as Bowling and an Ice rink are all within easy walking distance. Bansko also has a folk / jazz festival in August as this is an all year round resort. Other activities include White water rafting, walking, mountain biking, horse riding and exciting cultural sites of interest.
