Samoens is part of the Grand Massif ski area with 265km of pistes for all abilities and as much off-piste again for the more adventurous. Featuring Flaine (2500m) at the heart of the area which has one of the Top 5 snow records of recent years. Access to the ski area is just 8 minutes away via the Grand Massif Express and the links between the 5 resorts are excellent.

Transfer from Geneva airport is just over an hour and there are no long hair-pin bend roads to encounter!

The village of Sixt Fer a Cheval is just a few minutes drive from Samoens and is a traditional, French mountain village nestled in the valley carved by the River Giffre. There is a direct link to the top of Flaine via the famous Cascades piste - a 14km blue run through some gorgeous scenery.
